NBA 2k19 Stuck when opening (STEAM VERSION)

Some of my friends are already playing the game but me if click start.. the game freeze.
What did i do?

I verify game cache already.

but i dont know why. can someone help me?

That screenshot doesn't really offer much in the way of information. Is there any kind of error message at all?
