All star Jersey's

Hey, I'm not sure if it's possible, but during the all star game, is it possible for players to wear their team's jersey's like they did in 2001 for example?
I'm using the UBR mod, and I can't help but notice a big difference when it comes to jersey's:

As you can see, the East wore their players home jersey's, while the west wore their away jersey's, ofcourse, there were other all star games where players wore their own jersey's,
but this is just an example

on a different sidenote, the NBA on NBC scoreboard is also different, 2K just lists the teams as 2001 vs 2001, while in real life it was East vs West, although I'm not sure how one would be able to fix that
Also the courts are different for some reason

We all have been trying to figure that out for years, and still trying to figure it out, but it's not possible currently. There's a certain feature in REDMC to which if it was working, it would be possible to pull off.

Sko, you've seen where you can have a player wear coach clothes or casual clothes in game right? In REDMC, there's an option for the player to wear practice gear, but it doesn't seem to work. It's almost like we have the ability to do it, but don't have the right combination: team ID, jersey ID, etc. Because honestly, if we could have the game point to a practice jersey, we could use any jersey to pull off that All Star effect.
