is it just me or does it look like they have big heads too?

KD and Embiid are amazing, but Demar and Russ are pretty awful.

Love them. Between the detail on the players and the new animations/Real Player Motion, NBA Live 19 seems to have taken some big steps forward in the visual department. Combine that with the game reportedly feeling smoother and more responsive on the sticks, and it should be in really good shape. The question marks that remain concern the AI/NBA strategy, and the depth of the modes beyond The One.

One thing I like: The virtual hoop with the black background, it reminds me last gens Live games where you would start out on the practice courts. Live 10 was fun, because you would start off on the practice court with other all stars, and you could switch between them and just shoot around.

It would be cool if they brought that back.

naw, these players just have big heads in real life. lol. KD's head is huge in comparison to his body type.

It's better than any Russ that 2K has put out, they never even get close.

However, they didn't make his jaw rock enough (it's curving at the wrong point), overall that and the shape of the top of his are off. His head is a tad big and his face a bit long.

But again, it's better than 2K's Westbrooks over the years.

And welcome back Kingpnp, figured I'd see you around on NLSC right around this time. The trend seems to be that you come around during Lives preview season. I am sure you are looking forward to the demo.

I don't know, I thinks it's a pretty good Russ. It does seem like his head is a little big in contrast to the body and obviously the haircut is a little inaccurate. The only face that doesn't really seem right out of all these is DeRozan, 2K's version is definitely a lot better. But then again DeRozan was part of Team2K last year so they were able to get a pretty good face scan.

I agree... I actually think the Derozan is pretty good....

I agree the players look great, I really like NBA Live's lighting it makes them look realistic.
I think out of all those screenshots, Cousins is a bit of a miss, maybe because of the expression he is doing.
Also, as evident in every NBA Live game, player's accessories, shoes, and jerseys are still the best in Live than 2K.
The details are superior, the thing that I kind of hate about 2K is that it looks flat.

I never said it looked bad... but when compared to the others it sticks out the most.

Like Dee said, it's not perfect but it is so much closer than what 2k has done recently.

Really? Live is night-and-day better to me. Nearly perfect in that shot.
