can you set a retired number each teams in RED MC?
like it's been locked and you can't use it in-game..

I think that's not possible, the numbers you cannot use are the numbers currently in use by the players.

weird coz there are some teams that I can't use the jersey numbers without even one player using that.. i notice that couple of times..not just the current roster i had but to others as well..
that's lead me to asking about retired numbers,
