Custom Court Creation

So, we'll be able to create courts in The One this year. Screenshots via NBA Live Girl and WTF on Twitter:

WHOA. This is awesome. Court creation was one of the few things I actually had fun doing when playing 2k. I knew you'd be able to choose a court for yourself based off of the Joel Embiid pre-order bonuses but was not expecting this kind of depth to the feature. I'm really shocked and pleasantly surprised right now

Same. It sounded like there was just going to be some pre-made courts to unlock and choose from. Obviously there are similarities with what NBA 2K has done in MyTEAM and 2K Pro-Am, but it also reminds me of creating your own blacktop in NBA Street Homecourt.

Nice! It's awesome that you get to make your own court. Hopefully you can import your own logos, and LUT implements this as well (custom uniforms along with that would be nice)

Really liking the direction Live 19 is going. EA's gaining their confidence again.

This indeed is awesome! Same here, I like what I am seeing with what EA is now putting on the table. Hoping for Image importer for court use and also custom uniforms. I hope this creation option is available with other modes. Franchise/Association mode needs this.

I'm not holding my breath on Franchise getting any re-branding options in NBA Live 19, but once the system is in the game, hopefully that's the first step towards seeing it happen in future releases.

Man, custom images would be cool. Retro courts and stuff like that would be possible. That would definitely be a building block for a future franchise mode feature for sure. Kinda like how they used The One character creation to do create a player last year

Imagine if they patched it in as well. I think that'd be a very lofty expectation, but who knows. They've been able to patch in some big things this generation.

I hope they do add it in other game modes in future patches if ever it is only available for THE ONE mode. It could really add replay value to this game. And if gameplay is vastly improved, this could really make EA great again in regards to basketball games.

I hope someone from EA reads this: they need a saving system (similar to outfits last year) where you can load up different court configurations quickly and easily. I want to be able to switch courts with previous designs without having to rebuild it

Presets would, as always, be extremely handy.
