Lag when connected to the Internet PLEASE HELP!

Disabling the internet is the only thing I could do to fix it but I wanna browse in google as well while playing the game, any other way to fix this? kindly reply, please.

Same problem, 2 solutions :
- disable your network card
- disable vsync

Well, it is.
Its a shame to do that when youve paid a legit version, but its a known bug and 2k never fixed it
