(HELP)Stadiums Are broken in Association Mode... PLLS Help

Stadiums Are broken in Association Mode like for example the New Orleans Pelicans court, 76ers Court. I cant see the basketball Ring & Board, there are no fans. sometimes the cheerleaders do not go off the court. (see the attachment below for the example)

i was trying to fix it by downloading a new Court but it did not fix it.
