I finally have my copy of Madden 2005 for the PC. This game is sweet. The graphics look totally better than 2004 and it is a lot tougher to play.

Reserving Your copy of madden $ dollars
Buying your copy of madden straight off the shelves $ dollars
My copy of madden.....priceless

Here is the screenie of the opening screen.

Can I have it? :D

Man, I want that game so bad but I just spent a whole bunch of money on movies and clothes and now I am seriously pissed. I have been wanting this game more than Live 2005 or any other game, I seriously can't wait to get this game.

I do have a couple of gripes and praises for this years installment of Madden after playing the game a little more. Here are the things I have noticed so far:

Commentary is the same as last year
The tackles are totally new and look tons better
More FMV's during the game now of the sideline and player/fan reactions
Still has the mini camp drills to improve your players in the franchise
During the time when the game goes from the play select screen to when players go to the line of scrimmage the game gets a little choppy even on my machine (P4 2.26GHz+1GB DDR+256MB DDR Radeon 9600). It does it on 1024x768x32 and 1280x1024x32.

All in all the game is way better than last years. I'm just waiting on Live 2005 now :D

I just bought it today.
It is better than 04, which is saying a lot.
Live could learn a thing or two.

The best part so far is the Radio and Newspaper "Storyline Central."

Yeah probably. The word 'pointless' comes to mind, but either way. I only like Madden for the franchise mode, I end up simming all the games after a week of playing.

Sorry if you got irritated by the #*LBM*# in the title. I guess I'm kinda used to doing that from the Announcement forum :) . Either way why is that such a big deal???

I thought the game was really shitty and running the ball was impossible. But then I turned the resolution down one and things are reacting more quickly (at least in mini-camp) so hopefully I'll start to like it more. The graphics suck on my current comp, but within 2 weeks I will have a new comp with an x800.

Storyline central is cool. I love Tony Bruno, and the e-mail makes things so much easier. Maybe it's because of my low resolution but in fantasy draft I could only see 3 players at a time. I don't like the new layout much, especially in the roster. Salary cap should be the things that's usually in the upper right, not 'player comments.' Passing is great. I can still complete long throws occaisionaly if I read teh defence right and give it to Peerless Price or Mike Jenkins.

I'm getting it next week! You guys have hyped me up like crazy. I have been waiting for this game forever. Once I get this I wouldn't care if NBA Live 2005 came out 3 months later for PC.

I read so many reviews, saw videos and screenshots, and I am absolutely amazed.

AAAAAAAAAAAAH! :!: :!: :!:

What difficulty setting do you play on?

Also you could change the sliders.
