stadium texture modding

I guys...it's since 2k14 that I'm not patching and I see there are a lot of changes.

I have a question about stadium Sxxx.iff texture. I don't understand how change the color of the backboard ....and the seats or player chairs( I see a texture like stanchion padding) but I don't know how modify them. I see also that there is a lot of texture that have dimension = 0 ; someone say me that are shared texture and to see the OC archive....but I can't find a solution.

there is a tuttorial somewhere or someone who can help me?
