I know you enjoy retro, so you will like it. Make sure to check out the All Time Teams roster and Fantasy Draft Rosters as well. They may be a page back or so on the forum. Just keep a separate mod pack for each.

Also, if you are using the newest .exe (The one with all the updates) make sure to set your game speed at a minimum of 55, or even 58 if you want. It makes a huge difference in how they players move, the speed is more realistic.

After trying out a bit with the roster, I'm really amazed with the amount of detail went into this roster (Showtime Lakers with blue accessories - need I say more?). You really proved that you don't necessarily need the most recent installment to have a blast! Would you mind sending me that cheat table as well (if it works with my version)?

If I could request a team to be replaced, is either the '71 or '72 Lakers for the '79-'80 Lakers with Jabbar, rookie Magic, Wilkes, and Haywood. Another good team I would suggest is the '79-'80 Celtics with Bird, Tiny, Cowens and Maravich.

Any updates on those edited bodies friend @ dee4three?

Also noticed Kevin Johnson of the Suns has unrealistically low dunk ratings. He was a fantastic dunker and finisher.

I'd have to take a look. He had good dunks, but he wasn't always throwing it down. His driving dunk should maybe be in the 65 to 75 range. I havn't looked in awhile.

Looking at 2K's Boston Garden, I'm disappointed they didn't use the tiled hardwood, so I'm attempting to make my own version with the correct floor. Let me know if something's wrong about the court; it's my first time making a court in 2K17

I can fix it if I update the roster again. It's sad how many people have gone away from 2K17, a new game comes out and people just forget about the previous game.

So I plan on getting around to releasing another update to this roster, who is interested? I know that most of the community has moved onto NBA 2K18.

I've added the 05-06 Lakers, 05-06 76ers, 82-83 Spurs, 66-67 Warriors, 94-95 Rockets and will be adding the 06-07 Mavericks (Dirk MVP), 59-60 Celtics (Cousy), and several other teams. I am in the process of filling all the current teams with classic teams. I've been messing around with Cheat Engine a lot and can fully convert now teams into classic teams.

This update wouldn't be for a but because it take a long time to do one team, it took about 12-14 hours to do the 05-06 76ers. I don't like to half-ass things, I want the players to play right on the court, and the team presentation to be right. It require me not overwriting all the current team files with the appropriate files for the team I want in it, but doing work in cheat engine, making all the players vitals/tendencies/attributes/signatures/badges accurate, creating player portraits (This takes a lot of time, because of removing getty images), etc.

I'll keep it for my personal use if there is no more interest on NLSC for this type of roster for 2K17. However, if people want an update, I can push one through.

Wow this is amazing, I initially bought 2k17 for the 1996 season mod because I've always liked the retro seasons, but after seeing everything that went on with that and you I've kind of sworn that off. I've never really done any mods, but I remember trying to learn back in the 2k13 and 2k14 days when UBR and URB were big and I can't even count how many times I wanted to throw my computer out of frustration. So with that experience I feel like your mod is the one I feel like I should be playing because of the astounding amount of work by you and everyone else that contributed.

I guess long story short is that i'm just starting to play this and its amazing and I would love any roster updates. Do you think you ever would release any single season rosters in the future?
