Everything art-related (courts, jerseys, cyberfaces, portraits, etc.) are basically finished, accurate as of the trade deadline last February.

As for the roster file, somebody posted a download link for it here earlier, but it seems to be removed by the mods. Some of the guys here, including me, are still working on an official version.

Oh, do you need to set the Arena setting on HIGH in order for courts to work, because when I play on low nothing changes.

Yes, Arena settings must be set to HIGH while Player settings must at least be set to MEDIUM for the mods to work.
