Also there is room for improving this tool to do things such as change the jerseys worn by a specific team, adding players to a roster, and change accessory colors.

If you want to see the chines characters you must enable the Chinese Character support, I didn't have to intall it but I still use Windows 7 Professional.
Still will not be helpful unless you can translate the characters. (you can still use the tool without the characters showing correctly)

The Shoe ID is a long list of numbers, you can just copy them from another player
