Wow. We're waiting.

The 17/18 roster is now live on 2K Share!
Name: "NLSC 17/18"
Username: "I Hate Mondays"
Remember to download the 17/18 file pack from the first post, in the "Get the best experience" section.
Quick Notes:
- The injuries are accurate as of June, when "Start Today" mode starts. The lineups are meant to reflect opening night lineups
- We couldn't release the version with no nicknames and accurate players names, as well as accurate draft positions for the rookies because the contracts, injuries and lineups got screwed up. We don't have the energy to edit those again and it would take too long, so we just went with the former version. I hope that's allright.
- If you don't see some signing, that's because many teams have more than the maximum 15 players on their roster right now. When someone is waived/signed and a team gets its roster number down to 15 we will update the roster. Let us know if you see that happening for any of your favourite team.
- If you see any mistakes, new signing in the following days, new contracts signed, new trades, new injuries etc. let us know here and we will update the roster. Your help is much needed
- TGsoGood might use his new roster export method to edit Nike jerseys and new courts for a bunch of teams in the following days. That means that there will be no new jerseys/courts mod files needed, they come together with the roster so stay tuned!
- If you use our roster for Start Today, the game will want to do the 2017 draft again. We are working on a workaround Draft Class to make the game act like this draft never happens because it's a duplicate. What we have know is a beta and a full version of this draft class will be released soon. You can use it now though. Draft Class is under the name of "WORST EVER", the same username "I Hate Mondays". Just control all teams and DO NOT SIGN ANY ROOKIES. More on this workaround when the full version of the Draft Class drops.
Enjoy!

Enes Kanter should be Forced to not start imo.
Nikola Jokic should have play intiatior ON
Jrue should be more like SG cuz he is gonna play alongside Rondo.

Enes Kanter is not starting, he is the 6th man of the team.
Jrue is listed as both PG and SG, but in the starting lineup he is playing SG.
Nikola Jokic should get play initiator only if you ever saw him bring up the ball to set plays or run with the ball on fastbreaks before passing, even though he is a big man. I've personally never seen him do that. If you did and it's something that he constantly does like Cousins, Green and Griffin do, I'll update his play initiating.

I know you've used formulas to calculate the overall ratings but James Harden's 95 should not be higher than LeBron's 94

here is an excerpt from an article i found that might help you decide:
Fast break passing
Some of the most fun Jokic passes come on the break. Earlier in the season Jokic was asked when head coach Michael Malone gave him the green light to start bringing the ball up the court on the break. Jokic said that he didn’t. He just started doing it one game and coach didn’t complain.
Lucky us. Jokic is incredible in the open court, once again adding his flair by putting spin on his bounce passes and looking off defenders to create highlights.

Going to update Jokic right now! Check 2KShare
Also updated Harden's OVR to 94, you are right 95 is a bit too high in comparison to other big guns from around the league

I mean yes Russ and Harden got more MVP votes but everyone knows that they're not better players than LeBron

Thanks for the roster guys, great work!
Joe Ingles should have SG as his second position, not PF. He started every game for the Jazz during the playoffs at SG and also spent most of his time there towards the end of the season. He rarely plays PF these days, with Joe Johnson getting most of the backup PF minutes.
Also, I'm pretty sure Ingles was second only to Hayward for MPG over the course of the playoffs, so without Hayward there I suspect he'll play closer to 30 minutes a game than 20. Although that's a minor thing.

Congrats on your release...
We've been waiting for this for a long time....
Things I noticed Javale McGhee is a FA. He resigned with the Warriors.
Ian Clark is also a FA he signed with the Pelicans
Lonzo Ball eyes should be light hazel
Dennis Smith eyes should be hazel
Fultz eyes should be amber
Finally can we have a list of the cf #'s for the rookies
Again thanks for the awesome roster

You can literally just change the intagible ratings yourself so that the overall fits your liking.
2K18 will be out in a few weeks, there are also other updated rosters, and 2k allows you to edit ratings yourself.
I see no need to change any ratings if they are using a forula applied throughout the whole roster.
-----edit----
I see Harden's rating was dropped to 94.

for my roster, maybe its just me, jonathan isaac doesn't have a game face and players like porzingis and kcp have suspensions
