Kuroko No Basket Characters Cyberfaces

Hello guys. I'm new to this modding and I'm really not good at it. I want to insert Kuroko Characters in NBA Live 2005. (Yes, I'm still playing it. My laptop has been with me since 2008. It is 2nd hand and has NBA Live 2005. It cannot handle NBA 2K. It's so laggy but I LOVE NBA LIVE 2005 so much)

So I made Atsushi Murasakibara with Zydrunas Ilgauskaus face i but the back of the head is bald. I've seen a lot of Kuroko cyberfaces for NBA 2K. My request is could you guys please create Kuroko characters cyberfaces in NBA Live 2005? It's really hard for me
