I'm disappointed at you guys for not posting about it, it's been 2-3 days already.

“Our dad always saw himself as The Bright Knight, and aspired to make a positive impact on his fans’ lives. He was and always will be our hero,” his family said in a statement.

What George Mikan did to pioneer the center position Adam West did to pioneer Batman to the masses.

The man was indeed a legend. On top of being very entertaining in the roles he played, I couldn't help but admire his willingness to poke fun at himself; not always an easy thing to do. That always made him come across as a really cool person. RIP.
