Just a stupid thought,

Well i was playing my dynasty and saw Kobe did a follow-up dunk. then i think that i will see more of it in Live 05. as in reports it said that if you want to rebound, press the rebound button, if you want to tip in, press the shoot button and if you want a follow-up dunk press the dunk/lay-up button. i wonder if your on the defensive side and at defensive rebound you accidentally press the shoot button, will your player tip it in the other court or in your opponent goal. also goes with follow-up dunk. well i just a stupid thought but if want to give an answer well that better. lol

I'm assuming EA isn't stupid enough to let you do that.

This thread is fine, and it belongs here in the NBA Live 2005 section as far as I'm concerned. (Y)

I guess it wouldn't be a completely terrible idea, it would add the element of bloopers to the game. It might get annoying though especially for people who are new to the series and aren't used to the controls. I would assume that the shoot button will have a different function when playing defense so we won't accidentally attempt a tip at our own basket.

I hope it works like a tip-the rebound to a teammate. That would be the best use for the button.
