I would help, but need some little Infos for hex comparison etc

when I want to replace the NBA TV Board with the ESPN texture and save the dds. file back into the newscorebug folder and pack it and rename the zip as iff I have the problem that the ESPN board does not appear. is there a special way to save the dds file??

Hmm, just give me step by step instructions, im sure i can follow it... but a a video would really help..
Im used from old nba 2k's just drag and drop, thats why i dont know any idea how to install the mods.

Just install the external file plugin (found here by dropping it's contents to your NBA 2k17 main folder. You then have a "modded" subfolder. If you want to install a mod, simply put all the files in this modded subfolder. for this scoreboard mod, just put all the .iff files of one of the scoreboards (TNT or NBA TV) in this folder.

I am waiting for that scoreboard too. I don't think it is a work in progress, I think exrxixxx didn't have the time to even start the project yet. How unlicky.
