Another quick question.

Is it possible to configure gamepad (I use XBOX device with PC) in 2k14 to work same as 2k17?
Mainly post play with LT and different passing options. I find 2k17 setup much more user friendly.

You mean with the three different passing buttons? If so, no.

There must be somewhere in settings where you can configure controller.

Nope. Not to add functionality that wasn't added until a couple of games later, at any rate.
