How to import/export a 3D model

I'd like to export KB24 models... I know that probably he is 0195 in the game... but I have some problems to follow this guide: viewtopic.php?f=160&t=98578&p=1806599
It's not clear to me how to "locate a player model/chest texture iff."
any more updated guide? any more advice/hint?
