Everything is in Mandarin (I think), and thus far we have not been able to find out how to buy it. If anyone reading this speaks the language and can contact the creator, it would be very helpful.

You can't, you need to purchase the VIP section to do any of that which no one's able to do on this forum. Also team name changing is very easy, I made a tutorial on it in the tutorial section:

Has anyone had success doing anything with it? I'm happy to upload the new version when I'm back home, but not sure it's doing us any good at this point.

I can translate it the 4.1 works i just dont know what anything does because all in Chinese lol

I had a friend of mine translate the program the best he could. See the attached document for details. He said there is not anywhere to purchase the VIP program inside of the program only something that states it is available.

You are able to use it? If so, how?

I just start 2k17 (first) then open this trainer, (A) push the 7 button, and ( B ) refresh the roster by pressing the button on top left.

I will try to get a screenshot in about 30 minutes

No plans to make any tutorials. Most people will never even need this tool.

I use this tool plus limnono to edit my draft classes, which only a few people download anyway.

If I had more free time I would but this tool is very limited because no one knows how to get the creator to let us buy the full version.
