how to convert 06-08 courts in live 2005 courts

Dear andrew can remember how to convert the courts 06 to 08 in the courts for nba live 2005? in particular should I update the courts that have changed logos and jerseys eg. atlanta, new orleans, Milwaukee etc etc. thank you

I don't believe you need to convert anything. The files should work as-is.

If you extract XXXXcrt.ebo, XXXXcrt.fsh, and XXXXcrt_vram.fsh (where XXXX is the four letter team abbreviation) from the .viv file using the EA Graphics Editor, they should be fine to place in your sgsm folder, and they'll update the essentials. Or, if the court update is being distributed as loose files, just use those three.
