Can't download from 2k server

When I try to download rosters from the 2k server it says that the file is corrupted. How do i fix this?

Does this happen with every roster you try and download or just a certain roster your trying to download?

Also what platform are you using, pc, ps4 etc?

it happens with every roster, my platform is PC

Try deleting your other roster files or at least moving them completely out of the roster save folder then try download again.
