No, it's not. But it's darker than default.

MauMau, it's possible to add a bit of bluish tone in the dark crowd?

Like, have you seen the Jazz and Pelicans arenas in the game? The Crowd has a bluish tone, just like the NBA's broadcast cameras.

I do not know what files inside of Sxxx.iff are, but if you had a way to use it together with your Mod it would look great.
