steam question

ok this is the first i ever got anything on steam i was able to locate the 2k17 game directory but my question is how do i add current mods i want to have in the game im totally stumped can someone help me

Check out the releases and previews section for more info, as well as the tutorials section. You need Limnonos Modifier if you want to edit rosters, and the input tool to install mods.
