I assume he released them on his Chinese forum post? Well you're probably going to have to edit the CF ID's yourself unless Viper or someone making draft classes decide to update for Cyberfaces.

If you want to try and edit the cyberfaces ID on the roster you can either use a Cheat Engine table or Limnonos Modifier that I have made a tutorial for:

It's up to you to what the CF ID should be, preferably a low rated European Player or Free Agent.
