Literally any roster would do fine. Just go get a licensed RedMC and you're good.

At the end of the day, to make the edits that it sounds like you want to make, you yourself will need to have RED MC with the appropriate licenses. This isn't something that someone else can do for you, unless they're going to be doing pretty much all the work for you.
