Andrew please help... cyberface patch issue.

Thu Jan 02, 2003 2:38 pm

I made some cyberfaces, i already installed it using the batch files you made ( i actually patterned it ), i already viewed the cyberface i made, but the problem is, whenever i played an exhibition, one on one or any... choosing the player that i made (cyberface) the player head is just like a raw genetrics (not viewing the right pix!), how's that? how can i correct the problem? please please help.

I didn't make any batch files for cyberface patches. The batch tutorial I posted recently was for the purpose of creating installation files for roster patches. If you're referring to the Cyberface tutorial, then that was written by Da X-Patcher (Rune).

i've wanted to be a succesful patcher, but whenever i tried to patch cyberface and when i ran it in nba live 2001 the view is ok but all i can see when i'm playing the character is just like a negative film face.

how's that, why? please help

thanks in advance

Vinot,
How do you install a patch?
If you use a *.bat file then write here that *.bat file.
If you don´t know how then.
1)Open the Notepad.
2)Choose Open File and select All files(*.*)
3)Open your *.bat file
4)Copy all and paste it here.

jose, this is an example of my batch file

Sat Jan 11, 2003 2:12 pm

@echo off

rem for example

move *.fsh art\ingame\textures\low\xrenplr\
blotch01 saves Yao,Ming pp YAOMING
blotch01 saves Yao,Ming ic *
blotch01 saves Yao,Ming fp t
blotch01 saves Yao,Ming co 0
move *.pbs art\ingame\models\xrenplr

ECHO.

note: i never move *.fsh to subdirectory "high" coz when i installed the nba live 2001, it never appeared there. so i decided to concentrate on the "low" subdirectory.

this is just an example jose

ps: i have a successful run for batch file but my problem is i never seen pleasing pix whenever i play already the character (during the game actually, playing). But when it comes to views it's pretty ok already.

i hope you understand jose, and im counting for your immediate response and aid. thanks

vinot
