No sir, the crowd tshirts are found in the various "crowd....." files. I am also looking for that kind of a mod. I've seen one on basagre's facebook page, but no response yet from him when I asked where he got the tshirt mod.
too bad we can't really rely on those guys to always share their mods
Luckily, basagre has responded to my comment and he said that he is going to post his mod anytime soon

Released on his facebook page, just the crowds for the teams which are still in the Playoffs
