Actually, there was an alpha channel in the texture, I simply didn't added the transparency on the mustache and the eyebrows
(first, I'm not so good on that, second, the mustache was then too dark, making Jordan looking like "Pancho Villa")
The fact is that, I think, I missed something in the saving options. I used DTX1 + Generate mipmaps ... so to solve it, I used the original again, made my changes, and then just erased it. at the end it's less compressed, but anyway recompressed in the .iff so ...
Regarding Brent72, this solved his issue ... so I released it as "1.5"

I found the global.iff in 2k explorer, I think it's now in 1m or 2z. but I cant check right now. You can extract the global and open it up by using "Open Archive" in 7-zip.
If I get a chance to locate the exact tab its in, ill let you know. I literally just saw it this weekend.
