Mycareer Team Chemistry issue(not teammate chemistry)

Hi guys. how do you improve Team Chemistry, the one you see in Homepage not teammate chemistry in media. it just seems to get lower and lower up to late of season. teammate chemistry has been always above 90 and also local fan support above 90. we win MOST of the time and currently in conference finals with only 1 lose so far, yet Team Chemistry is down to 4% now.

how do we increase it back?

isn't there like an even that you can choose? Team dinner, for example?

that only increase teammate chemistry and local support found in Media. the one im talking about is in team card, its on NBA > Homepage

just won 3 games in conference finals, but team chemistry still went down, now at 3% and everyone's attributes down -1




what to do with this?

Are you traded to another team? Sometimes being traded during your rookie season makes another team toxic(All morale are down and chemistry is bad which makes your cpu gameplay of your teammates poor offensively and on D). What you can do is that you edit your team on red mc opening your my career save file and going to teams. FInd your team(its more easier when you activate my friend panel) and when you go on your team, click status and edit chemistry to 10.000.
