[Tutorial Request] How to open the manifest file, 7zip/Blender tutorial

I would really appreaciate this! I'm looking to get into the modding scene but I have no idea how to find/edit 3D player models and stadiums.

The 7-zip tutorial doesn't show how to extract the files located in the manifest. I really want to edit Draymond Green but the guy that found him and is working on him is very unhelpful.
