I could change some old shoes, but nobody wears them. What I need is hex edit every layer. I don't have room for more PE's

LOL! I know man, is the shoe limit 250 yet? Once we get to work with Sync files I'll see if we can get infinite shoes; maybe Vlad's old tutorial may be still useful!

Not every shoe has its own model. Only the scanned ones. I don't remember where are the .model files right now. Let me have a look
EDIT: They're in 1L, right at the end. They're all called "shoe_fe_model_shoes_xxxx"

As far as I know, they all share the same model. If somehow, we can add a new model for a non scanned shoe, I'll have to learn how to use Blender
