Fictional Basketball Association (High School Mod)

We already have March Madness, UBR, URB and other updates for the current ongoing situations of the sport we call basketball but in order to fully indulge the experience of creating your own story, I decided to create a fictional mod featuring the top 28 high school teams along with two teams from NBA 2k16 high school season.

FBA 2k14 High School Mod is a mod that covers 30 teams for association mod for a high school experience like what you get with NBA 2k16. The players for each team are fictional with all that goes with it (Stats, tendencies, potential and signature shots). I'll present to you a gameplay of what is in the works for now, the alpha version of the mod.

What's inside?

30 Real High School Teams with 13 fictional player rotation each
Over 350+ Fictional Cyberfaces assigned for each fictional player
Fictional High School Draft Class containing upcoming graduating grade schoolers
Compatible association mod and my career mod for high school experience
Retro High School teams ('13 - '14 Montverde Eagles (Ben Simmons and D'Amgelo Russell), '01 - '02 Oak Hill Academy Warriors (Carmelo Anthony) and etc.)

NEW UPDATES:

7 of 9 Teams included in the Beta Version are done
Accessories and Shoe Colors are now updated to the latest jersey color in real life (Although they won't match with the current uniforms since they are not updated)
Gameplay wise is a mix of High School Talent and College Calibre Play Styles
For now, 5 different stadiums for all the teams (Yes, they are just sharing the courts because I don't know how to create courts and jerseys)

Now that the mod is getting a little bit of attention, I'm calling out any jersey modder here to help me in the jerseys. I don't care if you create fictional jerseys as long as you follow the current color scheme along with removing the names at the back of the uniform for a high school like experience and using the city name rather than the team name in the jersey (See High School Jerseys in google for some examples).

Nice to see this thread getting attention from the big time modders now. Hopefully this mod itself will be done in a reasonable time because Im starting a youtube series from junior year high school all the way to the nba so hopefully I can use this for the senior year

In all fairness, the latest NBA 2k16 jumpshot of smoove is Release 63 and the Shot Base I'm currently using. I think your jumper suggestion is also good med.

Even if release 63 was the most close the NBA 2k14, the animation stops you from moving unlike in NBA 2k16 that's why I chose a jumpshot much close without leaning to the side in its base like what you suggested.

Parkside High Dragons Alternate Jersey -- Dragon Scale Concept (Away jersey is the same color scheme without the scales)





As you can see, I have updated mostly graphics and none of the teams because I went home to my province after getting my surgery in my wisdom teeth and I purposely left my laptop to rest but I decided that I have the chance to update graphics because of my PC here. All of my draft class mods are also paused at the moment for all the people giving me PMs. Sorry for not complying with my release time and thank you for keeping up with me.

Personally speaking I would remove the scales on the green amd just leave it on the numbers. Then darken the green and create a gradiant fade to black at the bottom and top shoulders, similar to Idaho's Breast Cancer Awareness jerseys.

Yeah. I'm itching on releasing the mod but I have to control myself because I still need to work on the ratings and tendencies that would reflect the 8 minute per quarter of the high school competition.

I would love to try that later but I just came back to the City where my laptop isn't compatible with the 3DM Tool's minimum requirements. I'll do it on Christmas breaks.

NOTE: Graphic updates would be put on hold for now but I have a lot of work done in just a couple of 8 days while staying in my province. All I could do for now is work on the gameplay aspects of the mod. I will be posting all of the job I was able to do later.
