Floor is f032.iff but i can't get which stadium file is loaded...

hey, y'all-

i hate asking for assistance being a devout diy'er but i cant figure this out. i have created a new cyberface texture that i am attempting to import. i import it to the iff archive and save it. when i import the new iff file and attempt to apply changes, it freezes. i save the dds file in the dtx5 format - could that be the issue? assistance would be greatly appreciated being that this issue is the difference between me being a content soul and a very frustrated man. obliviously hyperbole, but it is starting to piss me off. by the way, i'm relatively new to this - can you tell?

Freezing is actually what it's supposed to do. When it's frozen, it's doing the import. Just give it a few seconds and it should unfreeze. Make sure you look at the console, too. That shows you detailed info of what is happening.

thank you, TBM! unfortunately, it's not the normal freeze when applying changes. i actually have to close the program down or it will remain frozen. i'm familiar w/gregs tool and have imported a ton of things - just never have created my own texture (well, at least for 2k15,2k16). also, when i go in-game, the players have disappeared. i have adequate backup but you get the drift. i'm assuming it's something to do w/my texture. can you give me the exact dds format needed for face textures? thank you, sir!

the face_color should be DTX5.

When I click OK it opens me explorer but I can't do anything with it

still having issues. can import anyone else files, just not my own. the console tells me size difference: 236 (i think it was 236?) anyone else familiar with that issue? clearly it has something to do w/my dds face texture file, being that that's all that's be altered. anybodies assistance w/this will be greatly appreciated.

Those errors are normal. You have to go to Options>Preferences in order to pick what archives to load.

I'm having issues import cyberface updates. It's showing a message of index list out of range. I've been reading the solutions in the forum to try to troubleshoot on my own but have been unsuccessful unfortunately. I deleted manifest-g and also cleared the cache. When I hit apply in the explorer that message comes up. Does anyone have any other solution that has encountered this issue?

Verify game cache and delete manifest_g. I don't know what you mean by clear cache.

Also, only import one iff at a time.

Just importing one file seems to be enough to corrupt something too many times, for me at least. Having to verify the game cache way too many times, which right now makes it sorta pointless to even use mods.

I hope the next version is around the corner. I'm mostly looking forward to not having to import files anymore.

Thanks!!!! you the quick reply. I meant verify cache. So that I'm understanding this right do you have to import a cyberface then apply changes close the program out then open It back up then import the next one?
