I don't know, but judging from the first pic, i think his is intended to look more like a tattoo than a print. I think it's supposed to give it a more realistic looking feel.

How can I import the shoe file "shoe_ed_208.iff" on Explorer? Because unfortunately I can't find it under clothing, it seems like there is no such iff name like that. Thanks.

Use this tool, you need NOT to import the iff file into the game, it's very easy to paly.
