How do i add the eye texture and the face texture together?

You can't. You can only load them up one at a time.

you can load several textures in oedit and apply different textures to different parts...
load the textures first by going to texture>manage textures and loading em in different slots and then go to texture>apply to current part and choose the texture you want to apply on a certain part

My bad... I thought he wanted to know how to load the bhed and eye texture in a single step.
