For those of you with no pass icons since the game came out, what controller are you using?

Not for me lefts. Full screen still stutters for me. Also the halftime shows and replays are horrible even though my FPS shows 60fps. I have a 3.8 i7 processor with 16 gig Ram and GTX 980 Ti playing at 1440p

Sorry for bad English, but I'm also the same problem, I'm using also an xbox 360 control, so that icons do not appear the game with this update all they have left.

Well, the performance is nearly perfect for me. No stuttering, smooth cut scenes so I was very happy! Now ever since I applied the patch, the commentary is bugging out like crazy! It cuts out randomly, then when I pause the came for a split second and return the line the commentator was saying where it cut out before continues. But this happens every minute or so, and it has pretty much ruined the game for me.

It's not the bug where the commentary just stops, I still have that but that's far less annoying than the commentating being a full possession behind what's going on.

Just mute the commentary for now.

Very happy with the update - game play is much smoother, transitions to 30 fps (cut scenes) is not choppy at all, and ultra wide looks great - Thanks!

gameplay stuttering is gone for me - great! what i don't understand is why the pc version is capped at 30fps during cutscenes.

If you want to verify that you have the patch installed and it's working, go to video setting and "super sample" should no longer be there. This patch removes it and it made a whole difference for me. It does not fix fatigue/stamina. I am having an issue with this patch though. It made "player icon", (icons showing that players are star players, 3 point shooters, etc.) appear for me and I can't turn it off. I have my setting for "player icon" off but it's still showing up in the game. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Netaneldha, if I had to guess, you may have some form of video playback issue. Either the file is corrupt or you've got a driver issue.

Try verifying your installation through Steam. To do so, run Steam and right-click NBA2K16 on you games list/library, then select Properties. A new window will open. Click the Local Files tab, then click Verify Integrity Of Game Cache. If you have any file errors, Steam will automatically correct them.

Past and present nVIDIA video drivers can be found here: http://www.geforce.com/drivers

In the menu, select GeForce, GeForce 700 Series, GTX 750, your operating system, language, and Recommended/Certified. Some people have claimed to have experienced issues in NBA2K16 with the newest (October 7) driver, so you may wish to download the September or August ones and try them instead.

Disable Dynamic Vsync and the cutscenes won't be limited to 30fps.

been had it disabled man. it's no big deal - just a little mind boggling why the pc version is this way.

AMD or Nvidia gpu ?

Well, I have it (dynamic vsync) disabled in Nvidia control panel and in game, and cutscenes and replays are @60fps constantly and so is the gameplay. Only regular Vsync is enabled with Tripple Buffering also being on.

Thanks for the suggestion, I did both things and it is not working, driver is up to date, verified with steam, that's wired...

msi gtx 970 & 4690k intel

strange - maybe it's my drivers.... but as long as gameplay is okay i'm not gonna nitpick. there's also real bad slowdown during the pregame shows. (ernie, shaq, kenny).

i'll try turning on triple buffering in nvidia, but i've read that that's only for opengl apps (not directx).

Try applying the same settings as I have both in game and in nvidia control panel (except for Supersample settings -> see here: viewtopic.php?f=163&t=99743)) and I am sure you will be able to get 60fps during replays and cutscenes.

I am currently using latest nvidia drivers 358.50 and full system specs can be found in my topic posted above.

Not sure where to ask this, so rather than starting a new thread, I'll ask here.

How does one view the FPS on 2K16? I don't see a setting in the game and although Razer Cortex has one, it does not appear when playing.

Fraps or Bandicam are some alternatives.

Another alternative would be Steam as it now supports an FPS counter natively.
