Upcoming Interview about NBA 2K16's MyLEAGUE & MyGM

I can't talk about areas of the game that we haven't talked about yet or that I don't work on. So game-related talk will be mostly limited to MyGM, MyLEAGUE & MyLEAGUE Online (without that meaning those are the only areas I work on). When I say the game in general, we can talk about the development process, this year's challenges, etc. So yes, I can't talk about gameplay (most of it I don't work on, none of it has been announced) or face/body scans (don't work on that) or jerseys (not an artist) or the servers (not a server/online engineer), to name a few of the things that have been mentioned so that you don't think I was ignoring you.

1. Is it possible to rebrand a team in MyLeague/ MyGM without Relocating the team?

2. I love the addition of editing Peak Ages in game... is it possible to force players to retire after a certain number of years? If no forced retirement, what are the most important factors when players are deciding retire or stay in the league?

I'm not necessarily asking you about the jerseys, I'm asking you to tell the people who make the jerseys to fix them. The thing I have posted in the above post has been in the game for YEARS. Since very little people notice it, it's very hard to get 2K Sports to notice it. So having an inside man makes it a lot easier to get something fixed. If it is more of something that can't be fixed due to lack of time, I understand. I just want the 2K developers who work on Jerseys to be aware of it. Thanks, I'm excited for the podcast

EDIT = By the way, the screenshots I took from above are from the WINNING trailer which is why I wanted to get you guys aware of it since it looks like it hasn't been fixed from your previous games.

Is there a way to save a created jersey-arena configuration (not just its pics) for MyLEAGUE/MyGM? In order to use them in two different saves without the need to create them again or share them with friends.

I guess not, but that's something to keep in mind in the future. It'd be nice to share your home town team creation or easily download/play with other one's.

Did all the pregame player matchups/strategy make a return? If so any enhancements-new features from the previous verision?

Is there anyway to view the league average of attribute/ratings as we progress through the years?

Is MyLeague offline a multi year association type mode? (sorry I didn't play much of 2k15 due to PC stuttering issues).

Yes, MyLeague is a full association mode, multi-year with loads of customization.

I don't know if you have any information about this Leftos, but are Headbands back? (Edit players were always present in MyLeague/Association, so I'm also talking about MyLeague). I would love if Headband is just like any acessory, so you can put or remove on any player and change to Color1/Color2/White/Black

If it's not too late:

Maybe a little clarification on how the training focus works? I have questions regarding what happened to me in 2k15. For example, I had Reggie Jackson and had his training focus on his perimeter defense instead of his default "athletic PG". Come end of the year, his physical attributes of speed, quickness, and vertical dropped fairly substantially (4-5 points each). He was only 26 without any injury concerns or history.

Do we have to commit time to their 'default' or general all-around training to prevent skill dropoffs before they pass their prime? Is that expected for a player with physical attributes that are so high, for them to decline sooner? Or was his 'peak age' less than what I was expecting?

A more general question: is the training the same as it was in 2k15, or was is revamped along with the other MyLeague and MyGM upgrades? Will CPU teams adjust training for their young players (i.e. will environment, coaching, and playstyle change how a player would develop on one team vs. another)?
