Custom Art

How can i enable custom art.
Ive read i have to go to C://Nba live 2004/cscripts and open with notepad and change customart from 0 to 1.
Ive done that but i didn't find custom art in "cscripts" or in another folder.
What can i do? Help please!

C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 2004\main\cscripts\xstartup.cfg , thats where it is
