Unlocking the alternate jerseys without cheats

Hey there, denizens of the NLSC.

I've searched around the forums for an answer, but I haven't found it, so I'm asking it here: is there a way to unlock the alternate jerseys for the Sonics, Hawks, Mavs, Warriors, and Hornets without using cheat codes? I've read somewhere that I have to win the dunk contest to unlock all jerseys, but I'm not sure whether: a) it unlocks both the Hardwood classic jerseys and the modern alternates, and b) should I do it in Dynasty mode, or is it enough to win by just entering the All-Star weekend from the main menu.

Admittedly it's been over a decade, but from memory some of those jerseys could only be unlocked with codes, while the rest was purchased from the in-game NBA Store.

iirc, all of them were only unlockable by codes. There's also the Boston alternate (Green/black) that wasn't unlockable for some reason and on PC we were able to put that in the game as well.
