Richard Jefferson closing in on one-year minimum deal with Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers are closing in on a deal to sign veteran swingman Richard Jefferson, according to league sources.

Sources said Jefferson, who committed to re-sign with the Dallas Mavericks earlier this month, changed his mind in recent days and is finalizing a one-year veteran minimum deal with the Cavaliers instead.

I know it's the offseason and Kevin is on top of reporting all the signings but can the future fa signings be merged into one thread and be stickied? Kevin or whoever can continue with updates but at least it's just one thread and not pushing other topics down the page

It's nice to know Perkins or whatever other scrub signed for the minimum but I don't think it's necessary these each should have their own individual thread for discussion

We're trying to move away from a reliance on centralised threads, because we've found they stifle discussion. But we'll consider it.

air gordon, you can always bump up your thread count per page in your user control panel. I think that's what some other guys are doing.
