You don't get my point? Look lebron in free agent and cavs roster or marc gasol in memphis he have a NBA logo instead of memphis logo.
I just reported the bug man. Because when I play in 2k14 like that the game is crashing

Yes, that has been fixed. Please read every thing that Ive posted so far. I said it's highly unlikely that the game will crash since the teams will only have 6 or 7 players remaining in their roster.

Ok so when I was updating the RR v3 with the signings and everything, I saved it and when I loaded it back again, it fucking crashed. What the actual fuck?

No, that's not it. It's Amir Johnson going to the Celtics. Celtics will have 20 players if he joins them so it crashes.

Well it's not official yet. But probably it will be in a few days. Bjelica has made effective his player option to leave the team in case that he would like to play the nba. I just told you for future updates.

Pero Antic is assigned to a Create-A-Team Template but it will be fixed in the next version.
Amir Johnson isn't in the Celtics because of player limit.

can you fix courts for all star game in association mode ? the old houston 2013 courts appearing on stars vs elites,3pt shootout,dunk contest and also for east vs west ?

We can find a way to make it work. The salary cap is supposed to increase from 67 to 89 milion (30% increase), and that's why contracts are rising.

What if we decrease the contract values by 30%? I think it works quite well with the association gameplay.

Some examples:

Tyson Chandler
Real salary: 50M$, 12,5M$ yearly
30% reduced salary: 35M$, 8,75M$ yearly

Khris Middleton:
Real salary: 70M$, 14M$ yearly
30% reduced salary: 49M$, 9,8M$ yearly

It works just fine, even Aminu's salary looks like a MLE salary with the current salary cap.

Could you provide a link to an example of someone increasing salary cap. If it was done before. I'm sure I can get it to work again.

Try opening association, then open trainer and edit new hard cap & salary cap in the trainer, then save the association in game. Exit association/ and then load it back up and see if salary cap has changed.
