NBA 2K15 custom roster draft picks

Hi folks

I know that rosters have draft picks for the upcomming 4 years spread according to the actual trades happened.

When I create a custom roster, how can I move/trade draft picks? Can I do that within NBA 2K15 or do I have to use a tool on PC to manipulate a save file?

Please, does anybody know?

Trading draft picks isn't possible yet.

Damn. And there is no tool, roster editor or anything for PC?
