Roster Creator Corrupt File

Every time that I try to download a roster, it keeps telling me that the file is corrupt. I have tried multiple different rosters, so I know that it isn't just a problem with one particular file. I have no idea how to fix this so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I had this error when I was using my PS4.

I think what solved my problem was when I made sure that I am connected to PSN and I made sure my NAT Type was 2 instead of 3.
