Help with this jersey

I m making a black raptors jeresey but i want red stripes on the jersey. I have PhotoShop 7.0 can someone tell me how i add stripes to this jersey? Im new at making jerseys.

Use the Brush tool and change the box that says "normal" to "multiply" and color it red.

Is there any other way thats too precise of handwork to do for me. I cant draw a straight line or maybe u could do it for me

tell me how many stripes you want on the front, and wehther you want any on the shorts and i will make it for ya-and explain it

oh, well i put my name on its so no one could use it, not because it is my texture-because he needs to learn how to do things by himself eventually
