There's the resilience of the Spurs. This one could end up going to seven.

When he does something good, he's from Australia. When he gets dunked on or throws a phone, he was born in New Zealand.

That's how things work around here.

Too true.

Great game from both teams. 17 total turnovers in the game. Clippers point production won them the game. This could be the most exciting series of the playoffs.

Of course, I'm glad the Clips evened it up.

I was talking trash about Austin Rivers with my fam while watching the first half because of his decision making, which I doubt(driving against 2 or more defenders, forcing awkward shots/passes, etc). I'm glad he came out confident and aggressive, and of course hit his shots. 33 points off the bench, 31 from two guys.

I think this will go 7.

Wow, rare contribution from Clippers' bench.

This indeed is the series to watch in the first round.

Great game by the Clippers. Bad game for the Spurs big 3, but their bench kept them in it. Look for hack a Jordan in game 7. Chris Paul looking for his shot often really helps the Clippers because the Spurs don't have anyone who can easily guard him. I wish I had Sunday off from work so I could go to the game.

Let us know if you go to the game. That'd be cool. Game 7, teams of this caliber going at each other, that's some sweet sweet treat for hoop fan to the bone.

Anyhoo I am happy that my prediction didn't come true. I gotta admit I haven't given Blake enough credit this season and he's playing some tremendous ball in this series against a great team. As a result he's taking away great pressure off CP3's shoulder.

Game 7 is anyone's to take. Home court hasn't meant much thus far, and both teams have shown their stuff in their three victories so far. Maybe this is where it ends for the Spurs and there's no clash with the Warriors, but I'm not counting them out until they're out. Only appropriate that this one goes the distance.

I was ready to buy tickets to game 7, but I have to work.

As for game 6, the Spurs looked a bit out of sync. They weren't moving the ball that well and the Clippers stayed in it and finally closed one out. The Clips really need bench production if they want to win this series or any other series. They can't count on another bad game from the Spurs best three players. Even with that, they only won by 6.

Look for Jordan to get hacked often next game anytime the Clippers pull away with a lead.

I am surely missing it for the same reason.

I never followed boxing and don't give shit about neither floy or pac but considering how rare fights like this occur and circumstance that led to the hype, I just can't miss it. I have bet against my buddies and whoever loses will pay the food/drink bill at the bar.

Blake Griffin is averaging 24/13/7/2/2 in this series. He must really want to make up for those stinkers he laid the last few playoffs.

He's right. Even though Houston won the division, their conference record was 33-19(and division only 8-8), while the Clippers was 37-15(12-4). The Clippers were better in the conference, so shouldn't they have received the higher seed in the western conference bracket?

With the Clippers taking Spurs to 7 games I think they are a legit threat to win the championship if they advance

I do see Rivers' point, but at the same time, I think it's kind of whiny. Obviously, only one of these teams can advance, and that'd be true no matter when they met in the Playoffs. They're having a great series, so what's the difference if it happens later on, except that one of them can take pride in the fact they went down in the second round or Conference Finals as opposed to the first round? The West is very competitive this year, with an insanely close race between the five teams ranked second through sixth. Bowing out in the first round in the West this year shouldn't carry the usual disappointment or stigma.
