Ok, I just realized that yesterday was my 16th anniversary over here. I'm close to my 1000th post, which makes me wonder: am I just a really, really lazy bastard?

Man, to think that during the last almost 17 years it took me to get to a 1000 posts, I could have raised a child and trained him to play pro basketball. Instead, I chose to lurk around on online message boards. Ah, well. I had a good run. Here's to the next 1000!

Sort of. It's when they were first installed, but they didn't officially open until we launched them alongside a new design in November that year.
