Which tool do you use to exchange the action shots in 0C?

larry- gregs tool but for now only a few files are editable, until his tool is updated

clinton- no. its not that difficult to do. if you want help learning to use photoshop im willing to help but the purpose of me doing the action shots was to have players wearing their new teams uniforms. any players on your list not wearing their current teams gear i hope to do eventually but the others are not a priority, if you want new ones youll have to do em yourself

yep, pretty simple. just export d rose bighead, open in photoshop or gimp, put tmacs face over rose, redo alpha channel, save, import back and done. if you need help with alpha channel just ask, its pretty simple though.

I can't do it. When I open a Pau Gasol big head, it contains a lot of layers. So I replace Tmac with Gasol bighead instead. It's good but when I export using Gimp, it says file size doesn't fit or whatever. Can you help me do it?

I just need to replace Pau Gasol big head with this Tmac head.



Edit: when you do the export in Gimp, how do you fix this issue?

DDS: It appears your image may be a volume map, but not all layers are the same size, thus a volume map cannot be written?

I am trying to put VC bighead instead of Derozan
I exported derozan bighead 2048x2048
So rescaled VC head to 2048x2048, but derozan head seems double times bigger
