Encrypted Data - 2K15 Explorer?

I've got a problem.

Once I want to install some mods to NBA 2K15 with the Explorer, it shows me, that the data is encrypted...

I've got the original Steam Version... and until today it wasn't like that. Yesterday I've installed new jerseys, but now nothing works anymore..

It's processing right now. Hope it works. Strange bug, my Career Player was invisible o.o
