issues with 2k15 servers

Now I have the steam version of the game and have not been able to connect for going on 4 days. I was wondering how many people have this issue here?
Also if you can check your pcs event viewer and see if in the application directory there is a tls error.
it appears to only be effecting windows 8 users and above.
Part of the big issue is you can not connect for custom rosters which really is a poor design I would kill to be able to download valid updated draft roster from sk sports but they won't even put up the ones on the share for ftp acccess.

lies windows 8 users still can't log in and their support is not answering tickets on this. I opened an issue added notes to it two days ago and nada. I opened a new ticket to try to see the status and they just closed it. So I opened a third ticket and asked for a support managers number which they will more then likely close. I have brought this game since 2011 for the pc and because of the way support is treating it will more then likely be the last time. I can with servers down but poor customer service to a long time consumer......

sorry Andrew still not up for windows 8 users and still no answer from 2k sports on an eta or a reply other then they combined my tickets. Really disappointed in the treatment from their support to the PC users in general. I have brought the game since 2009 and I think they lost a fan. Ironically there was better support for the game here then from them. If I had a issue before I could come here get rosters, fixes patches now with the online security pc users can not even download custom rosters.

over 1100 comments from worldwide users on the steam forums and no answer from 2k support. I heard they might bring the servers down tonight and I will try after they bring them back up

Nope. This has never happened before. I mean, servers are usually pretty awful for the first week the game is out, but I've never seen an issue with servers on one platform randomly in the middle of the games life cycle.
